Use the options below to remove website content, cancel a membership, or permanently delete an account. The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used and retained. For questions or help, contact us.
Remove My Content
You can remove Book Pages, Lesson Plans, and customizations using the Dashboard:
- Open Book Pages or Lesson Plans for content you created, or Customized Pages or Customized Lessons for content you customized.
- Choose Trash beneath each item to remove it from use. To remove it permanently, open the trash view and choose Delete Permanently.
Cancel My Membership
Memberships do not renew automatically, so you don't need to cancel to prevent another charge. Access ends when your membership expires unless you purchase another term. To end membership access sooner without deleting the account, contact us. Membership cancellation does not refund membership purchases.
Delete My Account
This option permanently removes your account and membership, along with your authored content and comments. Before using the confirmation form below, please note:
- If you own a group, it will be deleted; other members keep their accounts but lose access provided by that group.
- Necessary order records may be retained under the Privacy Policy.
- Account deletion does not refund membership purchases.
- Manage data saved in the MyCFIBook app separately on each device.
