The My CFI Book web app is now available, giving you a streamlined way to read your book pages and lesson plans offline.
Benefits: The web app lets you take your book anywhere. Because the information is stored on your device, search and page navigation are instantaneous after you download your content. It also includes bookmarks, instructor notes, and a whiteboard for use during your lessons.
Future Plans: Native iOS and Android applications are planned for a later phase; you can start using this version now in your browser or from your device’s Home Screen.

Offline access without signing in every time
Downloaded pages, lesson plans, and images are cached, so they are stored on your device instead of re-downloading each time you open them. Closing the app does not remove those downloads, so you can reopen your book without an internet connection. Refresh them through Downloads & Updates to get the latest website content.
The app remembers your sign-in for up to 30 days after you sign in, or until your membership expires, whichever comes first. During that period, you can return to your downloaded material offline without entering your password again. If you sign out or your session expires, reconnect to the internet and sign in before using the app offline again.

Download your content before going offline
- While online, open Downloads & Updates from the app’s menu. Do this in the browser or Home Screen app you intend to use offline.
- Under Content Updates, use Download or Update for Categories, Book Pages, Lesson Plans, and User Data. Let each download finish, and address any reported errors.
- Disconnect briefly and check that the pages and images you need are available. Stay signed in so you can continue using them offline.
Use a regular browser window, not private browsing, to retain your downloads and sign-in. Downloads are stored separately on each device, so prepare each one you plan to use.
